Exchange and Return Policy


  • You can request a return or exchange as long as the shipment is intact, in its original condition, and without any damage, by contacting the following number:

  • A form will be sent by customer service to be filled in.
  • In the event that the store makes an error in one of the products, such as receiving a perfume different from the one ordered, leaking, or breaking, the customer will be compensated.

And solve his problem as soon as possible, provided that:

  • We will be provided with a video and a clear photo of the defective product to submit to the store management and approve the compensation.
  • In case the order is not received, an amount of 24 riyals will be deducted by Aramex.
  • In case the order is not received, an amount of 14 riyals will be deducted by Red Box.
  • If the order is not received, an amount of 18 riyals will be deducted by Delivery First.


  • Please note that:
  • If the exchange or return is approved, the shipping policy is sent to the customer and the customer delivers the order to the nearest branch of the company.

  • You will be informed of the return method and will be served directly once your order is received and the products and accessories are in good condition.
  • The order will be executed within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order, or 14 days if the order is outside Riyadh.
  • If the replacement product is not available, you will be contacted via email or the number registered in the order.
  • The amount will be returned to the same card used for the purchase within 5 to 10 working days if it is a credit card, and 3 to 5 working days if it is a Mada card.

Larva Perfumes works with Aramex, Redbox and Deliverist, and the shipping company is chosen according to the customer’s preference.


Return Terms:


  • The return request must be made within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition and all tags must be intact.
  • The carton must be attached to the product and must be intact and undamaged.
  • The customer will be charged an additional 24 riyals for shipping via Aramex, and this amount will be deducted from the customer's refund.
  • The customer will be charged an additional 14 riyals for shipping via Redbox, and this amount will be deducted from the customer's refund.
  • The customer will be charged an additional 18 for shipping via Delivery First, and this amount will be deducted from the customer's refund.
  • If shipping is free, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the return is approved, the shipping costs will be deducted.


Replacement terms:


  • Replacement must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The customer will bear an additional 47 riyals for shipping (Aramex) for two policies, a return policy and an exchange policy, which will be transferred by the customer.
  • The customer will be charged an additional 28 riyals for shipping (Red Box) for two policies, a return policy and an exchange policy, which will be transferred by the customer.
  • The customer will be charged an additional amount of 36 riyals for the exchange via Delivery First, which will be transferred by the customer.
  • If shipping is free, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is approved, the customer must pay the shipping costs back and forth.
