Exchange and Return Policy


  1. You can request a return or exchange as long as the shipment is intact, the perfume is unused, complete, in its original condition, and without any damage, by contacting the following number: 0579473485

  • A form will be sent by customer service to be filled out.


Conditions for compensation:

  • In the event of an error by the store with a product, such as receiving a perfume different from the order, leakage, or breakage, the customer will be compensated.

And he solved his problem as quickly as possible, provided that:

  • We are provided with a clear video and image of the defective product to submit to the store management for approval of compensation.


  • If the order is not received, a fee of 24 riyals will be deducted by Aramex.
  • If the order is not received, a fee of 14 riyals will be deducted by Redbox Company.
  • If the order is not received, a fee of 18 riyals will be deducted by the company (Kadan).
  • If shipping is free, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If there is an offer, and the customer returns some perfumes but does not return the entire order and the number is less than the offer requirement, the offer is automatically cancelled.



  • Please note that:
  • If the exchange or return is approved, the shipping label will be sent to the customer, and the customer will deliver the order to the nearest branch of the company.

  • You will be informed of the reorder procedure and served directly once your order is received and the products and accessories are confirmed to be in good condition.
  • The work will be completed within 5 working days from the date of receiving the order, or 14 days if the order was outside Riyadh.
  • If an alternative product is unavailable, you will be contacted via email or the phone number registered with the order.
  • The refund will be credited to the same card used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days if it is a credit card, and 3 to 5 business days if it is a debit card.
  • The money will be refunded to the customer after receiving the order and verifying its condition if it is in good condition.

Larva Perfumes works with Aramex, Redbox, and Kadan, and the shipping company is chosen according to the customer's preference.


Return policy:


  • The return request must be made within 3 days of the date of receiving the product.
  • The product must be in its original condition and all attached tags must remain intact.
  • The cardboard packaging must be included with the product and must be intact and undamaged.
  • The customer will bear an additional charge of 24 riyals for shipping via Aramex, and this amount will be deducted from the customer's refund.
  • The customer bears an additional charge of 14 riyals for shipping via (Red Box) company, and this amount is deducted from the customer’s refund.
  • The customer bears an additional charge of 18 riyals for shipping via (Kadan) company, and this amount is deducted from the customer’s refund.

  • If the return is approved, the round-trip shipping costs will be deducted.


Replacement conditions:


  • The replacement request must be made within 7 days of the date of receiving the product.
  • The customer bears an additional charge of 47 riyals for shipping (Aramex) for two policies: a return policy and an exchange policy, which is transferred by the customer.
  • The customer bears an additional charge of 28 riyals for shipping (Red Box) for two policies: a return policy and an exchange policy, which is transferred by the customer.
  • The customer bears an additional charge of 36 riyals for shipping (Kadan) for two policies: a return policy and an exchange policy, which are transferred by the customer.

  • If the exchange is approved, the customer must pay the round-trip shipping costs.
