Redbox lets you choose to receive packages from a location near your home or work at a time that's convenient for you, without having to be home to receive packages or coordinate with delivery drivers. You decide when and where to receive your shipments.
How can I receive my shipment through Redbox?
Once your package has been deposited at a Redbox locker, you'll receive a text message containing a unique pickup code that includes the Redbox locker address and all shipment information. When you arrive at the locker to collect your shipment, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode with a barcode scanner and follow the on-screen instructions.
How long does a shipment stay in a Redbox locker?
You have 48 hours to collect the shipment from the locker.
What if I don't receive my shipment within 48 hours?
You can extend the delivery period for your shipment via the shipment tracking link. There is a small fee for this service.
If the advance extension is not granted, the Redbox team will return the shipment to its source.
Where are Redbox points located?
Redbox points are located in vital locations, retail centers, commercial complexes, and residential areas. You can view all Redbox points locations here ( View Redbox points locations ).
Is it possible for someone else to receive the shipment?
It is preferable for customers to collect their own shipments. However, it is possible for someone else to collect the shipment if they have the pickup code. In this case, the customer bears full responsibility for providing the message details to the third party who will receive your shipment. Redbox will not be responsible for lost/stolen shipments.
Do I need to register online to receive my shipment from a Redbox locker?
No, all you have to do is choose Redbox Locker as your delivery option.
