Introduction to the User Agreement:

Our online store, Larva, welcomes you and informs you that below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this website and all legal consequences arising from your use of the store's services over the internet via this electronic platform. The use of the Larva store by any person, whether a consumer of a service, product, or otherwise, constitutes their approval and acceptance, with full legal capacity, of all the provisions and terms of this agreement, and it confirms your commitment to its regulations and what is stated therein. This agreement applies to all types of dealings between the user and the website. This agreement is considered valid and effective once you accept it and begin registering on the Larva website in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

The above preamble is an integral part of this Agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the key terms used in this Agreement:

1. (The Site) This term refers to the Larva website , and this definition includes all forms of the Larva website on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application or a page on any social media platform.
2. (User) This term refers to every consumer who purchases the product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
3. (Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this Agreement.

Article Two - User Legal Capacity:

1. The user acknowledges that he has the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the law to deal with the website, or that he is at least eighteen years old.
2. The user agrees that if he violates this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Article Three - The nature of Larva’s commitment:

1. Larva’s commitment to consumers or users is to provide (the service or product).

2. Larva website may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the user.

Article Four - Controls for using the Larva website:

1. The user is committed to using the Larva website’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. When purchasing a service or product from Larva, the user undertakes not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon applying to join Larva as a user, you are obligated to disclose information for use when accessing Larva's services. By doing so, you agree to:

1. Larva is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to notify Larva immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information on Larva or any other breach of your confidential information.

2. Larva will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of revealing account information.

3. You are committed to using your account or membership on the Larva website yourself, as you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, you will bear the consequences of losses or misuse, since you have authorized him to use the website in your name and on your behalf.

4. You agree that when using Larva, you will use it with all seriousness and honesty.

5. You undertake to disclose true, correct, current, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration on the Larva website and you undertake to update your information if it changes in reality or if necessary.

6. Larva is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.

7. If Larva finds that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, Larva has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership and account on the platform, without prejudice to Larva’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.

8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Larva management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing Larva website services again.

Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication will take place via email, WhatsApp registered on the platform, phone number, or via social media platforms.

2. The User agrees that all data and communications provided electronically shall be deemed equivalent to their written counterparts and shall be conclusive evidence in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.

3. The user agrees to the possibility of communicating with him and informing him of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with him by the Larva website administration broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of the Larva website.

Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

1. Larva may notify you of any amendment to this Agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this Agreement,

2. In the event of an objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Larva hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account on Larva or your use of Larva constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent, negating any ignorance, and Larva accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.

3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform, in addition to any other expenses added by the Larva website, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through the Larva website.

4. Larva may charge some users fees depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.

5. Larva reserves the right to add, increase, decrease or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, terms and conditions of the User Agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight - Payment and settlement services for the Violet website:

1. Larva, through its partners, provides a payment and settlement system on Larva. Payments can be made entirely online through the payment options available on Larva or through any payment method provided by Larva from time to time.

2. Larva is committed to setting the price of the service or product it offers in its store according to the recognized market value.

3. Larva is committed to providing invoices for all amounts and profits generated on its website, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product from Larva.

4. Larva is committed to providing the generally accepted accounting specifications on its website, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and in view of the legal, economic, commercial and regulatory interests of this organization.

Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

1. The User acknowledges that he grants Larva the unlimited, global, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use any personal or other information or materials that he has provided or supplied to Larva or announced on the platform through his joining or use of it, through the designated contact and registration forms, or via any email or any of the communication channels available on the platform, for the purpose of achieving any interests that the platform deems appropriate.

2. The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of the “Privacy and Confidentiality Policy” of the Larva website, and to the provisions contained in this agreement related to confidentiality of information.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights of Larva are fully owned by Larva, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.

2. The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of the Larva website, which includes the Larva website itself, the words, logos and other symbols of the Larva website or displayed on the Larva website, as the Larva website, and every right that follows the Larva website, are rights owned entirely by the intellectual property of the Larva website.

Article Eleven - Larva Website Responsibility:

1. Larva is committed to conducting its business through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

2. Larva website is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, by the user or by a third party such as shipping companies.

3. Larva website, its employees, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve - Confidentiality of Information:

1. Larva website adopts (physical, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized persons from accessing and storing users’ personal information.

2. You, as a user, acknowledge that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through the Larva website.

3. Larva has no control over the actions of any third party, or others, such as other web pages linked by links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.

4. You understand and agree that Larva may use the information you have provided to it for the purpose of providing services to you on Larva, and to send you marketing messages, and that privacy on Larva regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, and the rules of information confidentiality are subject to Larva’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy”.

Article Thirteen - Restriction of Access or Membership:

Larva may suspend or terminate a User's membership or restrict a User's access to the Platform Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, without limitation.

Article Fourteen - Applicable law or regulation:

This User Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Fifteen - General Provisions:

In the event that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled or that any provision or clause contained in this User Agreement is no longer valid, such a matter does not cancel the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses and terms contained in this User Agreement and they shall remain in effect until further notice from the Larva website management.

This User Agreement - which may be amended from time to time as appropriate - constitutes the User Agreement, working mechanism, understanding, agreement and contract between Larva and the user. Both parties to this agreement agree to take into consideration the following:

1. The Arabic language is the language used when interpreting the provisions of this Agreement, or when translating it into another language.

2. All prices displayed for services or products on the Larva website may be modified from time to time.

3. The promotional or marketing offers that Larva may place are temporary offers, as Larva has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.

4. The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the Sharia rules and applicable laws and regulations related to the nature of the dealings between the Larva website and the user.

5. This User Agreement may only be terminated by a decision issued by the Larva website management.
