If the perfumes are received from our store   If the scent does not match, you have the right to contact us and request a return of the perfumes and a full refund.

(Within 3 working days) of receiving the order, excluding the shipping cost and the cost of cash on delivery if it is used.

Returns are excluded in the following cases: stability and fragrance: Essential oils have been tested in specialized laboratories accredited by the Food and Drug Administration and hold certificates subject to all local regulations. Our own tests have been conducted to measure quality, stability, and fragrance.
